How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who contacts Sensitiveaustralian Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page describes how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring to Us
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience when calling or messaging Sensitiveaustralian Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, begin by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Sensitiveaustralian Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider, or act on a provider's behalf.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@sensitiveaustralian.living and include:
- Your name and a good way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A brief account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write to Us
We aim to confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
