Some contractors think lead services only send tire-kickers. We aim for something more useful. Sensitiveaustralian Concrete is a referral service that sends homeowner calls and requests about new concrete work to independent providers in Roseville, CA and the Roseville area. These are not jobs with salaries. This page is about joining a network, not about employment.
Who We Are Looking For
We want independent businesses that pour and finish:
- Concrete driveways and flatwork
- Stamped and decorative concrete
- Residential patios
Our homeowner focus is new work. Repair-only and customer-service calls are not the right fit.
What We Expect
Providers keep their own licenses, insurance and crews where local rules require them. We expect providers to:
- Return homeowner calls and messages with courtesy
- Give written quotes with prep priced clearly
- Describe their work honestly, without pressure
- Follow local permit and building rules
Homeowners deserve plain answers, and the network works well when providers give them.
What We Do Not Do
Sensitiveaustralian Concrete does not hire providers as staff, schedule your jobs or supervise your work. You run your business. Any agreement with a homeowner is between you and them.
How to Apply

- Your business name and the services you offer
- The towns you serve
- Your license and insurance details, if your area requires them
- A few photos of recent work
We will review what you send and reply if your business looks like a fit for homeowner requests in our area.
