Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Sensitiveaustralian Concrete wants sensitiveaustralian.living to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach to accessibility. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What We Aim For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. To that end, we work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely recognized standard for accessible sites.
Steps We Take
To support accessibility, we try to:
- Arrange pages with clear headings in a sensible order
- Provide text alternatives for images that carry meaning
- Keep text readable with strong color contrast
- Make the site usable with a keyboard alone
- Build layouts that fit phones, tablets and desktops
- Use plain, everyday wording
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard for you to use, there are other routes. Request a callback to speak with a contractor, or email contact@sensitiveaustralian.living and we will do what we can to assist.
Tell Us What You Think
We welcome your comments on how accessible this site is. Email contact@sensitiveaustralian.living and share:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What went wrong and what you expected to happen
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you know it
We read every message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never truly done. We will keep it in mind each time we update the site.
